Chapter 422: Martial Arts Magical Power

[Nourish the essence, practice the essence, nourish the qi, practice the qi, store the spirit, nourish the spirit, practice the spirit]

In the martial arts practice that Li Yang comprehended, in the stage of essence and qi and even in the stage of nourishing the spirit, it is not advisable to learn too many martial arts, but to practice one martial art in depth, and wait until the practice of the spirit is stuck after the nourishment of the spirit is completed, and then learn other martial arts, and it is beneficial to practice by analogy.

However, Li Yang naturally does not have this bottleneck. He has successfully practiced the spirit and cultivated the Tai Chi Divine Will of Tai Chi. Naturally, he can practice other martial arts to enhance his martial arts.

Taoism, Buddhism, and the martial arts that he is now comprehending are all additional paths that are different from immortal methods, magic, and genetic martial arts. Each path of practice can increase his foundation, so naturally the more he learns, the better.

Therefore, he does not mind the trouble, and even has the idea of learning all the valuable martial arts in the world.

After learning the martial arts of [Tai Chi], he immediately began to practice [Xingyiquan]

Xingyiquan, also known as Xingyiquan, is one of the traditional Chinese boxing techniques.

There are many different opinions about the founding time and origin of Xingyiquan, and there is no conclusive historical data to support it. There are three main opinions: Origin 1: It is said that it was founded by Bodhidharma. Bodhidharma was a monk from Tianzhu (the ancient name of India). He came to China to teach Buddhist scriptures and became a monk after facing the wall for nine years in Shaolin Temple in Songshan. After that, many skilled monks came out of the temple. Later generations admired his name and regarded Bodhidharma as the ancestor of Xingyiquan.

In addition, a poet wrote a poem "Ode to Bodhidharma" to commemorate Bodhidharma's spirit of teaching scriptures. The poem wrote: "Bodhidharma came to the West without a word, and practiced kung fu entirely by mind. He wanted to seek Buddhism from paper and dip the pen tip dry in Dongting Lake." This mind is believed to refer to Xingyiquan, namely Xinyiquan.

Origin 2: It is said that Xingyiquan was founded by Yue Fei. In the preface of an anonymous ancient boxing manual, it is written: "When I was a boy of Wu Mu, I learned from a famous teacher and was proficient in spearmanship. I took off the spear and used it as a fist. I created my own method to teach my generals and subordinates. It was called Yi (Yi) boxing, which was mysterious and unpredictable. It was a skill that had never existed in ancient times. After the king, in the Jin, Yuan, and Ming dynasties, there were few people with this skill. Only my Ji Gong, whose name was Ji Ke and whose courtesy name was Longfeng (Huang Xinmin's article "A Preliminary Study on Ji Ji Ke's Life" verified that it was "Longfeng"). He was born in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties (according to Huang Xinmin's research, Ji Ji Ke was born in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty and died in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty). He was from Zhufeng, Pudong (now Yongji County, SX Province). He visited a famous teacher in Zhongnan Mountain and met an extraordinary person. He got the boxing manual of Yue Wu Mu Wang. After practicing for several years, he fully understood its mysteries. Later, he taught my teacher Cao Jiwu in Qiupu (now Anhui Province). Everyone knew his bravery. Mr. Cao Jiwu studied martial arts for twelve years and achieved great skills and bravery..."

The preface of this boxing manual was written in the Gengwu month of the fifteenth year of Emperor Qianlong's reign in the Qing Dynasty, by Dai Longbang in Ma Xueli's book house in Luoyang, Henan. From the above preface and the oral teachings of the master, it is said that Xingyiquan was created by Yue Fei. However, in 1982, Huang Xinmin made a special trip from Anhui to Zun Village, Yongji County, Shanxi Province to investigate the origin of Xingyiquan. In his book "Xingyiquan Origin Research", he analyzed: "From the historical records, there is no record of Yue Fei compiling the boxing." And from Yue Fei's life, he analyzed that he did not have time to compile this boxing.

Origin three: Xingyiquan was created by Ji Jike. According to the boxing manual "Xinyiquan Origin Research" and "Boxing Theory Questioning Preface" in the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, Ji Longfeng lived in Jun Village and was proficient in spearmanship, but he thought that once he had no weapons, he would be difficult to defend himself in case of an accident, so he created Xinyiquan with reference to spearmanship.

According to Sun Lutang's "Self-introduction" to "Xingyi Quan Xue", "I once heard my teacher say that Xingyi Quan was created by Bodhidharma, and was named Neijing. After Yue Wumu Wang invented it in the Song Dynasty, it was almost lost in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties because there were no books. At the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, there was a man named Ji Gong from Zhufeng, Pudong, whose name was Ji Ke and whose courtesy name was Longfeng. He was highly skilled in martial arts and had many years of experience. He happened to get several volumes of Yue Wumu Wang's boxing manuals in Zhongnan Mountain, and integrated its subtleties and mysteries. Later, he passed them on to Mr. Cao Jiwu. Mr. Cao was the one who won the top three in the martial arts test in the year of Guiyou in the reign of Emperor Kangxi and served as the general commander of Jingyuan in Shaanxi."

There are three versions, but the widely recognized original founder is Ji Ji Ke (1602-1680), a native of Puzhou, Shanxi (now Yongji City) in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties.

Sun Lutang is a famous master of Xingyiquan. In modern martial arts, he is known as the Martial Saint, Martial God, All-rounder, Tiger-headed Young Protector, and the World's No. 1. In that era, he was invited by warlords to serve as a martial arts envoy, which shows his martial arts attainments.

In addition to Sun Lutang, Xingyiquan also has masters such as Guo Yunshen who conquered the world with the Half-step Collapse Fist, who are all famous.

The three major internal martial arts: Tai Chi, Xingyi, and Bagua, can be listed alongside Tai Chi, which shows its qualifications.

When Xingyiquan was first created, it was called Xinyi Liuhequan, which means the combination of heart and mind, mind and qi, qi and strength, shoulder and hip, elbow and knee, hand and foot. The current Xingyiquan was reformed and created by Li Luoneng, a native of Shenzhou, Hebei during the Daoguang period, based on Xinyiquan. Xingyiquan emphasizes the high unity of inner meaning and outer form. Later generations revered Li Luoneng as the founder of Xingyiquan.

Li Luoneng is a martial arts master who is as famous as Yang Luchan of Tai Chi and Dong Haichuan of Bagua. He is known as the Divine Fist Li.

The Xingyiquan created by Li Luoneng has the basic contents of the three-body style, the five-element boxing and the twelve-form boxing. The three-body style is the basic skill and internal strength training method unique to Xingyiquan, and it is known as "all methods originate from the three-body style". The five-element boxing combines the five elements of gold, wood, water, fire and earth, and is respectively splitting fist (gold), drilling fist (water), collapsing fist (wood), cannon fist (fire) and horizontal fist (earth)

The twelve-form boxing is a practical technique created by imitating the movement characteristics of twelve animals, namely dragon shape, tiger shape, bear shape, snake shape, monkey shape, horse shape, chicken shape, swallow shape, shear shape, kite shape and eagle shape.

Li Yang also had never learned Xingyiquan. He only occasionally saw videos online when he was young and practiced with them. However, just like learning Tai Chi, once he used his soul power, he understood the existing Xingyiquan skills clearly.

This "existing" refers not only to the martial arts that are passed down in the world, but also to the martial arts that are buried underground and have not been released. As long as they exist on the earth, they can be easily found by his soul power.

In this way, the essence of Xingyiquan was easily mastered by him.

The first time he performed the three-body posture, he reached the peak realm recorded in the classics. After only one time, this skill has been completely transformed into a boxing method tailored for him.

His soul power is already extraordinary, and his ability to operate and understand is far beyond the imagination of ordinary people. After practicing the [Bodhi Autumn Cicada Sutra], his wisdom has increased, and his understanding is more sufficient. It is natural that he can understand it faster when he creates a method again.

When he finished the second time, Xingyiquan had completely become a martial art that could achieve the seven realms of cultivation he created: [nourishing essence, training essence, nourishing qi, training qi, storing spirit, nourishing spirit, training spirit].

Then, the third time, according to the characteristics of Xingyiquan, he once again honed his qi and blood and true qi through the power of the five elements.

Then, he reached the realm of nourishing spirit and training spirit, and cultivated spirit and will in the dragon form, tiger form, bear form, snake form, tuo form, monkey form, horse form, chicken form, swallow form, heron form, kite form, and eagle form.

It only took him one hour to practice each form, and it only took him one day to practice all twelve forms.

After the twelve forms were perfected, his spiritual power was further refined through the visualization evolution of the twelve forms of dragon, tiger, bear, snake, tuo form, monkey, horse, chicken, swallow, heron form, kite form, and eagle.

In this way, after a day, when the twelve forms were complete, Li Yang practiced Xingyiquan again, and suddenly strange phenomena appeared.

The light of the five elements of gold, wood, water, fire and earth shone on his body, and the twelve forms of spirit emerged around him, turning into the twelve forms of dragon, tiger, bear, snake, tuna, monkey, horse, chicken, swallow, shearwater, kite and eagle, rotating around him. The twelve artistic conceptions were like real animals, which were very powerful.

Li Yang practiced several times in a row, and then refined and created many fighting methods and weapon transformation methods of Xingyiquan. Feeling another step of gain in spirit, he smiled and closed his fist, and suddenly the strange phenomena around him were also closed.

The three major internal martial arts, Tai Chi Xingyi Bagua, since Tai Chi Xingyi has been cultivated, there is no reason to let go of Baguazhang.

Baguazhang, also known as Youshen Baguazhang and Bagua Lianhuanzhang, is a traditional Chinese boxing that focuses on palm method changes and walking and turning. It is one of the famous boxing styles in traditional Chinese martial arts and is widely spread. There are five major schools of Baguazhang, which was created by Dong Haichuan, a native of Wen'an, LF City, HEB Province, in the late Qing Dynasty.

Dong Haichuan is a great master who is as famous as Tai Chi Yang Luchan Yang Wudi and Shenquan Li Luoneng, so the martial arts he created are naturally extraordinary.

"Bagua" was first seen in "The Book of Changes": "Two yin and yang give birth to four images, and four images give birth to eight trigrams." The eight trigrams originally refer to eight directions, namely north, south, east, west, northwest, southwest, northeast, and southeast. Baguazhang is mainly based on palm techniques, and its basic content is eight palms, which is consistent with the number of eight trigrams; when practicing boxing, it is required to walk in a circle with a swinging step to reach all eight directions, instead of going in a line or walking in four corners like general boxing, so it is called "Baguazhang".

In addition to the great master Dong Haichuan, there are also masters such as Yin Fu, Cheng Yanhua, and Liang Zhenpu, all of whom are famous and powerful.

Li Yang practiced Baguazhang, and after only one day, he practiced it to the highest level of spiritual practice.

Qi, blood, true qi, and soul were further tempered. As soon as he stepped on the sea of consciousness, the true meaning of Bagua suddenly emerged, and turned into a Bagua figure that covered his body, which was very mysterious.

After Baguazhang, Li Yang also mastered Bajiquan, a famous external martial arts killing fist.

In the martial arts world, there is a saying that Taiji does not go out for ten years, while Baji kills people in one year. As the top external martial arts, Bajiquan naturally has some characteristics.

Based on this fist, Li Yang condensed his blood and true qi to the peak level, and used his blood and true qi to protect his soul from being invaded. In this way, he practiced Bajiquan again. Under the blessing of the terrifying blood and true qi, he was unstoppable.

After Bajiquan, there are Changquan, Nanquan, Hongquan, Crane Fist, Tiger-Crane Double Form Fist, Iron Wire Fist, Spring Leg, Wulang Bagua Stick, Wing Chun, Mantis Fist, Tongbei Fist, Tongbi Fist, Luohan Fist, etc.

In addition to these martial arts in the Jianghu, he also practiced martial arts from Wudang Mountain, Shaolin Temple, Qingcheng Mountain and other sects.

He practiced for two months in a row, and learned all the martial arts spirits in the world, and his martial arts spirit reached an unprecedented peak.

Li Yang explored the sea of consciousness again, Tai Chi Bagua, Twelve True Forms, Tiger White Crane, Long Stick Iron Fist, Mantis Monkey, Arhat True Immortal, Seven Stars Liangyi, Wandering Dragon Beidou... Many different forms, all kinds of true meanings shine like stars in the spiritual world.

"These martial arts true meanings are almost equivalent to magical powers."

Feeling the true meaning of various martial arts in the sea of consciousness, Li Yang's face flashed with satisfaction.

"So far, the martial arts practice has been completed."

All the laws in the world have entered my body, so naturally it is considered that this way is complete.

Li Yang was satisfied, and a smile appeared at the corner of his mouth. Then he moved his mind and looked at Confucianism again.

Confucianism practice is to cultivate one's nature through reading, cultivating one's body through the six arts, and cultivating one's soul.

This nature refers to life, which is the essence of life.

This body refers to the physical body, which is the essence, blood, and breath.

This soul refers to the soul, which is the original spirit and mind.

Books have their own beauty and golden houses. Those who seek beauty will get beauty as jade after practicing well. Those who seek money will get countless money after practicing well. If you practice this way to a certain level, you can get any fruit you want. It is also a mysterious way.

Confucius does not talk about strange powers, ghosts and gods. If you practice true nature, all laws in the world cannot be hurt.

There are also various magical places, which are the characteristics of Confucianism.

As Li Yang's mind moved, all the Confucian and Taoist knowledge in the world had entered his mind, and his eyes became brighter.

"The four saints of Confucianism and Taoism, the most holy teacher Confucius, the sage Yan Hui, the sage Zengzi, the sage Zisi, and the second sage Mencius, are so brilliant. No wonder they can suppress all the ways and become the only respected school, and even educate the people of all countries."

Li Yang sighed in his heart, and the light of Bodhi wisdom flashed in his eyes. He wanted to continue to comprehend and practice Confucianism and Taoism.

But at the end, he moved his mind again and did not rush to practice immediately.

Instead, he stopped and walked into the villa with a smile.

In the living room of the villa, the sun was shining, and Dai Yueming, who was wearing only a white shirt, leaned on the sofa, stretched her long white legs, half of her snow-white and round buttocks were exposed, and she was reading a book.

Noticing the movement of Li Yang walking into the living room, she immediately smiled and dropped the book.

"Husband is back, have you finished practicing?"

"Practice is endless, you can't always practice for the sake of practicing."

Li Yang looked at Dai Yueming, and a smile appeared at the corner of his mouth.

He hugged Dai Yueming and pressed her red lips against the sofa.

"Hmm~"

Dai Yueming hummed softly in her throat, and then her body fell on the sofa, her lips touched for a long time and separated, panting and looking at the man holding her.

"What was your life like when you were working in Shanghai with your husband?"

Li Yang hugged the face of this beautiful young woman, and while communicating, he whispered with a flickering look in his eyes and kissed her lips.
