Hogwarts: I'm a Model Wizard

Chapter 76 Unboxing Christmas Gifts

The next morning, Kyle saw a mountain of gifts piled up in front of his bed as soon as he got up.

Most of them were snacks like chocolate or candy, and the number was much more than he thought.

"An excellent student is really popular."

Kyle put them aside and continued to unwrap the remaining gifts.

Hagrid's gift was the biggest, which looked like a wooden barrel wrapped in thick kraft paper.

"Could it be from the Moon Beast..." Kyle opened the package with some trepidation.

Fortunately, it was not what he thought. Hagrid gave a cloak of grass, and the wooden barrel was a temporary flower pot filled with soil.

There were still some dew on the leaves of the cloak of grass, probably because he had just dug it from the Forbidden Forest.

Kyle gave Hagrid a set of fire dragon models, the kind used for drawing lots in the competition, which can move, fly at low altitude, and spit fire.

Hagrid should like it very much.

Cedric gave him a set of "Fantastic Quidditch" with the signatures of the players of the Chudley Cannons.

Kyle looked at the signature and put the book aside with disdain... He didn't like this team.

It is worth mentioning that the gift Kyle gave Cedric was also related to Quidditch, which was the signed bat of the Wimbledon Wasps that he had treasured for a long time.

He wrote to Mrs. Weasley and asked her to mail it to him. It was definitely a sincere gift.

For this, he was scolded by Mrs. Weasley, who blamed him for not going home during the holidays and said that she would teach him a lesson during the summer vacation.

But Kyle was not worried at all.

Mrs. Weasley was easy to coax. An apron made by Kyle himself, plus a beautiful final report card, guaranteed that there would be no problems.

Connor's gift was a pair of woolen gloves she knitted herself, with Kyle's initials on it.

To Kyle's surprise, the little witch's craftsmanship was unexpectedly good, and he liked it very much.

It fits perfectly when worn, and can be worn with the sweater Mrs. Weasley gave him.

He gave Connor a handbag with an anti-theft device, which should be very practical for her.

Fred gave a bottle of disappearing ink, and George gave a collection of chocolate frog cards, which contains blank transparent card holders, where the collected cards can be put, which is very convenient.

Kyle gave them a book "Elementary Alchemy", which is also the textbook for the alchemy course of Beauxbatons School of Magic.

He knew that the twins were inventing some joke props recently, and this book should be very helpful to them.

And his two lovely roommates.

Mikkel gave him an exquisite golden brooch, and Ryan gave him a set of wizard chess.

To Kyle's surprise, he actually received a gift from the professor.

Professor Flitwick gave Kyle his school notes, from the first grade to the third grade, a total of two thick notebooks, which were full of his understanding of spells.

This gift can be said to be very precious.

Kyle felt a little guilty because the gift he gave to Professor Flitwick was just a simple amulet made of rowan wood.

In fact, Kyle gave gifts to every professor.

Professor Flitwick's amulet.

Professor McGonagall's was a hat ornament in the shape of a golden snitch.

Professor Sprout's was a tool maintenance set.

Professor Oren's was a cane.

Professor Binns' was a newspaper clipping "The Three Great Magic Schools in Europe: Professors' Treatment"

Headmaster Dumbledore's was a book "One Hundred Ways to Knit Wool Socks"

Of course, there was also Professor Snape who had taken good care of him recently. In order to express his gratitude, Kyle specially gave him a whole box of Potter's Speedy Shampoo.

However, he did not sign this gift, nor did he use Laton. Instead, he found an owl from the school to send the things to the owl post office in Diagon Alley, and then sent it to Professor Snape from there.

Although the process was a little troublesome, it was all worth it.

I believe Snape will be very touched after receiving this gift.

After Kyle carefully put away Professor Flitwick's notes, he opened the last gift, which was given to him by Diana.

It was a silver ring with a crescent moon decoration, and there was a short letter underneath:

"This is a magic item that can release three Apparition spells. If you are in danger, inject magic into it and concentrate on imagining the target location, and it will take you away.

Note: It cannot be used inside Hogwarts Castle, but it can be used outside the castle gate. If you don't want to take the train during the holidays, you can also use it to go home.

(I hope you like this gift, dear.

Merry Christmas.)"

Is this an upgraded version of the door key?

As soon as Kyle put the ring on his hand, it automatically fit on the skin. Kyle tried to move his fingers and found that there was no discomfort.

Kyle liked this gift very much.

He always wanted to learn Apparition, but because he was too young, neither Chris nor Newt would teach him.

This ring can be said to be the most satisfying Christmas gift he has received in eleven years.

It's just that the number of times is a bit small, only three times.

If only it was thirty times.

Kyle cleaned the dormitory and came to the common room. Kanna was standing on tiptoe digging something in a large flower pot.

"What are you looking for? Do you need help?" Kyle asked.

"No, I've found it." Kanna took out a dirty cloth bag from the flower pot, turned around and said, "Thank you for your Christmas gift, I really need that."

Kyle watched her take out two Galleons from the cloth bag, and then put them into the handbag he gave her, wondering:

"Have you been losing Galleons recently?"

"No." Kanna shook her head and said, "But I lost two Sickles yesterday afternoon."

Isn't this the same idea?

Kyle frowned and said, "Where are your roommates, have they all gone home?"

"Yes, they all went back, and now I'm the only one in the dormitory." Kanna said a little excitedly, "But they sent me a gift, a hairpin from the Muggle side, it's very beautiful."

Kyle rubbed his forehead, and when he was about to say something, Kanna had already rushed back to the dormitory.

When she came back, she had a small wooden box in her hand.

"Look, isn't it beautiful?" Kanna handed the box to Kyle.

There were seven or eight colorful hairpins in it, and the styles and appearance were indeed much more novel than those in the magic world.

But Kyle was not interested in them, and just took a quick look and prepared to return them to Kanna.

But at this moment, he suddenly noticed that there was a small bottle under these hairpins. Out of curiosity, he reached out and took away the hairpin covering it.

"What is this... What the hell?"

Kyle's hand suddenly trembled, and he almost threw the box away. He was so scared that he broke out in a cold sweat and quickly put the box on the wooden table next to him.

After calming down a little, Kyle carefully reached out and took out the bottle.
